ACL Day 3 – Atoms for Peace day

So first, I can’t express how sad I am for the folks that didn’t get to go to the weekend 2 day 3 at ACL. Day 3 was by far my favorite day. I was introduced to The National for the first time, who were perfect live. The band I was looking forward to seeing the most was Atoms for Peace. I am a huge fan of Radiohead and loved Thom Yorke’s solo album. I was lukewarm on the Atoms for Peace album, though honestly I didn’t spend that much time listening to it. Hearing the music live blew me away. I was essentially in a Thom Yorke dance party for an hour and a half.

I loved it. Not only was this my favorite show of ACL 2013, it was my favorite Austin City Limits music festival show of all time. I was so happy to be there.

I am a nerd, a lover, a fighter, and very clumsy. I like Star Wars more than Star Trek. I love music. I have a crazy sense of humor.
